I like plans. It's comforting to me to be able to run over to do lists in my head or, even better, to know my precise schedule for the foreseeable future.
Now that Jason is safely and truly here (well, not here next to me. Having worked, like, 114 hours in the past two days, he's back at my apartment catching up on sleep while I'm at the Christmas program at church), I'm both excited and satisfied to fulfill the plans we've made for his visit and to return to our usual pattern for domestic travel - performances both ballet and musical, at least four movies to see, restaurants to try, and, of course, many discussions of personal, spiritual, anthropological, philosophical, substantial, and inconsequential issues. Marvelous!
