Thanksgiving Dinner

An amuse-bouche of potatoe, brussel sprout, and... beans, perhaps?

A warm gelatin seafood soup


Okay, this was by far the best thing I've eaten in Paris so far. It's a roasted eggplant withh Miso sause, which doesn't sound that outstanding but trust me - it was amazing. Just look at my expression while I ate it:

Pork with ginger, green beans, bean sprouts, and sweet potatoes

And then they added to it! Rice, marinated cucumbers, and miso soup

Those would be the cucumbers

Dessert: Red bean ice cream and various fruits. Light, sweet, and delicious!
